I made up a build with that combo a while ago, used it in ra when there were all those damn monks with sod and guardian, spamming them like hell....with leviathan's strike + bull's strike it was a high pressure build, with a good damage output;
about headbutt + plague touch, I also used to use that in RA; with +33% dazing on your sword you have +33% when applied to you and another +33% when applied on the target...this means you have a daze that last like 35 seconds or so...not bad :P

still, warrior isnt meant to daze and stuff. warrior is meant to put pressure, hit hard and put someone under the ground. if u are trying something else, u are waisting your massive armor and damage output. right now im using the coward warrior in RA, and its a damn good build if u have a good team.

can anyone remember the build that used to use decapitate effectively? it was used because decapitate was very bad for energy, so is headbutt. so if u use that build and tweak it for headbutt, then u have ur dazed war

Talk about Daze, you should run Sin or Ranger. Warrior is not a good choice what or so ever. But if you REALLY want to daze that much. Don't waste an elite for it. Use W/R with Bestial Mauling. There you go. Happy? Though it's kind lame lol!
Decapitate is pretty good if you run a W/Mo. Use Holy Wrath on the monk and Strength of Honor on your self.
For the rest of the skills are Lion Confort, healing Sig, Watch yourself, flail such and such.
I have an idea but never use before. Symbolic strike would not be a bad idea either. Just bring Sig of Str, Healing Sig,...
